We are ideally seeking:
- Landowners with land allocated for all types of development by Local Planning Authorities but require an investment to fund progression through the planning process; and
- Prospective plots for the development of residential estates, retirement communities, medical infrastructure and childcare facilities.
No financial outlay will be required by Landowners in the majority of cases as ESCO Developments will fund development expenses.
