Andrew has a highly adaptive skills base with extensive experience in identifying and evaluating sites for various development opportunities, then progressing projects through land acquisition, securing planning permits and ultimately to financial close. Andrew’s ability to react effectively to ever changing priorities and demands of stakeholders provides a cornerstone of the business.

Ros has an extensive background of project management in highway engineering and capital intensive project development. Ros is highly skilled in GIS mapping, town planning and project management in addition to robust financial management skills allowing Ros to deliver projects on time and on budget.
